At Monique Mathieu, every uniform is produced with great care and attention to detail. As most of our garments are made specifically for each order, we encourage customers to review the information below before placing an order.

Delivery Information

United States

USPS Letter Mail

For small orders, we offer USPS Letter Mail shipping at a reduced rate:

  • $9.95 for orders weighing between 1 lb and less than 1.5 lb
  • Maximum 1 item per order
  • Order subtotal between $1 and $112

Standard USPS Shipping

  • $19.95 for orders weighing between 1.51 lb and less than 20 lb
  • No limit on the number of items

If your order does not meet these conditions, shipping rates will be calculated automatically by USPS during checkout.

International Shipping

Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa

Shipping:

  • $5 + 25% of the order value

Example:

  • Order value: $100
  • Shipping cost: $5 + $25 = $30

Rest of the World

Including:

  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • United Arab Emirates
  • New Zealand
  • Overseas territories and special destinations

Shipping:

  • 25% of the order value

Example:

  • Order value: $100
  • Shipping cost: $25

For certain destinations, USPS shipping options may also be available and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination country, customs procedures and the shipping method selected.

  • Items in stock are typically shipped within five business days after receipt of payment.
  • Custom colors, embroidery and other special orders generally require approximately 4 to 6 weeks for production and delivery.
  • International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that Monique Mathieu uniforms are produced specifically for each order.

Before Ordering

For your convenience, we recommend ordering one piece first to review the quality, fabric, fit and style. If you do not like the uniform, a refund may be available for this particular sample, subject to our return conditions.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned only if:

  • They are returned within 7 days of receipt
  • They are in their original packaging
  • They are unworn
  • They are unwashed
  • They have not been altered
  • They are otherwise undamaged

Please note that garments in sizes 50 and above are not eligible for exchange or refund.

All returns and exchanges require prior approval from Monique Mathieu before being shipped back.

Orders Over $150

Because our uniforms are made specifically for each order, purchases with a total value exceeding $150 are generally not eligible for a refund.

However, these orders may qualify for:

  • Size exchanges
  • Style exchanges
  • Store credit

Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Refunds

When a refund is approved:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item
  • A manufacturing defect

Please contact us immediately so that we can assist you and provide appropriate instructions.
