Return and Exchange PolicyIf you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us for exchange or credit memo. The products must be returned to us in their original packaging within one week upon receipt. Please note that an acceptance of credit or exchange is only possible if items are returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered or otherwise undamaged and only with pre-approval by the company. Special purchase orders as well as shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. Credit memos are valid for a period of one year. A re-stocking fee of 20 percent will be charged for any items returned for refund.
