General Terms and Conditions

Articles: All garments are made from fabric in cotton piqué or cotton gabardine (33 % cotton and 67 % polyester). Our linen articles are made from terrycloth (80 % cotton and 20 % polyester). If requested, we could also propose waffle piquÈ: 100% cotton.

Care: Washable in warm water without bleach and to be dried on low heat. Ironing is optional.

Prices: Prices listed are unit prices in US-Dollars - tax, shipping and handling costs are excluded. Prices are valid one year and subject to change without notice at the beginning of each year.

Terms of Payment: Prepayment by check, bank transfer or credit card.

Special Orders: Custom colors, piping or embroidery (e.g. your logo - please provide a clear sample - are subject to additional charges) on request - minimum of 20 units. Please contact us for further information such as color availability, delivery times or quotations.

Terms of delivery: Standard merchandise in stock is shipped within five business days after receipt of payment. Special orders are shipped within four to six weeks (depending on the season).

Returns and exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us for exchange or custom credit. To be returned within 10 business days of shipping in original packaging. Acceptance for credit or exchange only if items are unwashed, unworn, unaltered or otherwise undamaged and with pre-approval by the company. Credit memos are valid for a period of six months. Special purchase orders as well as shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. Attention: A re-stocking fee of 20 percent will be charged for any items that are returned for refund.
